• Sep 26	Revised 11.10 version of the Special Requirements Updated: 26 September 2011
  	Following the changes in operators for both the Mainline and ex-Shell pipeline systems there have been a number of mapping and contact changes to the Special Requirements. The latest version as revision 11.10 gives the new details of the pipeline routes for Essar, Esso and Mainline (MLP) together with amendments to the Emergency or contact details for Conoco, Esso, MLP and text updates for GPSS.
